Refund policy
Thank you for choosing Fit Morning Mix.
Because Morning Mix is a food/wellness powder product, we maintain strict hygiene and product-safety standards. For this reason, opened or used products generally cannot be returned.
1. Eligible Returns
We may accept a return or replacement if:
You received the wrong product.
The product received is damaged.
The package is significantly damaged during delivery.
The product received is defective or otherwise does not match the product ordered.
You should contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
2. Damaged Package
If your package appears damaged when delivered:
Take photographs/videos of the package before opening it.
Keep the original packaging.

Our team may request photographs, videos, order details or other information to assess the issue.
3. Wrong Product
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us with:

Photograph of the product received
Photograph of the shipping label
After verification, we may arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
4. Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, tampered with or partially consumed.
5. Change of Mind
Returns are generally not accepted simply because a customer has changed their mind after receiving the product.
6. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests may be accepted if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
7. Refunds
If a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed through the original payment method or by another suitable method communicated by Fit Morning Mix.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on the payment provider or bank.
8. Promotional Products
Products purchased under special offers, promotional campaigns or discounted bundles may be subject to additional terms communicated during the offer.
